Standout Benefits Of The Blaze 32-Inch Build-In Gas Grill
Generally, the biggest benefit of Blaze’s gas grill is the grilling experience. You can’t complain about good cooking.
Other benefits we like are…

The Blaze 32-Inch Built In Gas Grill Is Constructed With 304 Stainless Steel
Even Chef Tony Matassa of BBQGuys.com fame complemented Blaze Grills for providing a durable grill body and high-quality, stainless-steel burners that offer commercial quality grilling.
I can safely back up Matassa’s words. Quality was a priority in this Blaze model, making me confident that it will last many years.
It Comes With A Heavy Duty, Double Walled Lid
Thanks to the heavier, thicker lid, the Blaze 32 Grill is better at trapping in heat. Thanks to this, the Blaze gas grill is even more reliable cooking in colder weather. A thicker lid also means that the outer stainless-steel layer is protected from heat discoloration.
Blaze Offers An Infrared Burner Accessory For Five-Star, Low And Slow Grilling And A Smoker Box Accessory For Extra Flavor
First starting with the infrared burner, you can simply swap out one of the conventional burners and add this baby in for restaurant-quality, hot and fast cooking. The nice thing with the infrared burner accessory is that you can get a taste of different burner styles without having to be permanently committed to either. Just remove it and swap with the original burner when you need to.
As for the smoker box, I mean, it’s a smoker box. It has a neat “Blaze” cutout on the lid, and it can add a nice smokier flavor to your meats. I have to admit, the Blaze grill already provided phenomenal results, so the smoker box wasn’t a must for me. But if you’re looking to experiment, it’s a great option to have at hand – plus, it’s built with stainless steel as well.
The Blaze 32-Inch Grill Has Cooking Grids Made Of Stainless Steel Rods That Provide Great Grill Marks
The cooking grids’ rods are also close enough together to where I could grill asparagus as well as any other thinner, smaller items straight on ‘que without fear that they’ll fall through the cracks.
Adding to that, the matte finish of Blaze’s cooking grids offer a non-stick surface and have better oil-absorption than their non-matte counterparts.

Using The Blaze Gas Grill
When it comes to the Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill, simply open the hood, and press the burner knob in while twisting it to “High” until it sparks and lights.
You can also manually light your Blaze gas grill by opening the hood, holding an open flame over the top of the lighting tube while pushing in and turning the control knob to “High.”
Don’t forget to close the valve on the gas supply when finished cooking.
Cleaning this Blaze BBQ is common sense. As a friendly reminder, be sure to clean the drip tray after every few uses – otherwise, a grease fire could occur. For an exterior cleaning of this grill, simply wipe down with non-abrasive cloths and sprays.
Interior-wise, clean the heat separators, flame tamers, and grilling and warming racks with a BBQ brush while the grill has been warming on “high” for 10 to 15. The cast stainless-steel burners, however, should be cleaned with a wire brush after the flame tamers and cooking grids are removed and without the gas nor heat turned on, on the grill.

Heat Zone Separators
Best of all, if different temperature zones aren’t needed, the heat zone separators are quick and easy to remove from your Blaze gas grill.
Flame Stabilizing Grid
The flame tamers themselves, like much of the Blaze Gas Grill, are constructed with quality stainless steel for long-term use.
Flame Thrower Ignition System Plus Flash Tube Ignition
The Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill offers a fast, automatic startup each time. Just push and turn the knob to get your grill running. If for some reason the ignitor is having issues or you’d rather manually light your grill, you can still do so with Blaze’s flash tube ignition and crossovers.
Infrared Rear Rotisserie Burner
If the infrared rear rotisserie burner fascinates you, you’ll have to purchase the rotisserie kit separately. As for me, I am completely okay with investing a little more for quality rotisserie cooking.
Embedded Warming Rack
Trust me, you’ll never take the Blaze warming rack for granted, especially in the wintertime. Plus, when you don’t need it, the warming rack can easily be removed.

Who Is The Blaze 32-Inch Built In Gas Grill Made For?
It’s also clear that this Blaze model isn’t very fancy. Based on this, grillers who are simple and don’t require an over-the-top design or excess features will love the Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill. After all, most BBQ owners are not high maintenance based on appearance or bonus wow-factors of a grill; it’s all in the quality of a good-cooked meal – which Blaze gas grills do offer.
Why You Should Think Twice
This can be a problem not just for those who need to frequently adjust the temperature when grilling but specifically for parents who fear their young children will get ahold of the hot-to-the-touch knobs when they aren’t looking.
For the price, one would also expect advanced technology, but this model doesn’t have much to show for it. When you compare the hi-tech features of this grill with other models on the market, this Blaze model looks slightly outdated.
Fortunately, the overall excellent quality of this model helps make up for that. However, if you’re looking for the latest in innovation, you may be more interested in the Blaze Professional 34-Inch which features LED control panel lighting and internal lights for grilling at night.
