Standout Benefits of the Blaze Premium LTE 32-Inch Built-in Gas Grill
From the outside, the Blaze 32 Grill looks simple and basic, but don’t let that fool you. This BBQ knows how to cook a mean meal. The built-in rotisserie backburner is one of my personal favorites as it can roast low and slow from 225 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit – but if you need a rotisserie kit, that’ll be an extra hundred bucks and in my opinion well worth it.
Generally, the biggest benefit of Blaze’s gas grill is the grilling experience. You can’t complain about good cooking.
Other benefits we like are…

The Blaze Premium LTE Is Constructed With 304 Stainless Steel
The heavy, tough, rust-free build of Blaze BBQ grills makes consumers fall in love quickly. For a cooker that will live outdoors, why not have the best construction possible.
Even Chef Tony Matassa of BBQGuys.com fame complemented Blaze Grills for providing a durable grill body and high-quality, stainless-steel burners that offer commercial quality grilling.
I can safely back up Matassa’s words. Quality was a priority in this Blaze model, making me confident that it will last many years.
It Comes With a Heavy Duty, Double Walled Lid
Not every grill comes with a double-walled lid, but it should be a priority if you are looking for great heat retention. (I personally believe every moderate-priced and higher-end grill should be equipped with a double-lined grill hood.)
Thanks to the heavier, thicker lid, the Blaze 32 Grill is better at trapping in heat. Thanks to this, the Blaze gas grill is even more reliable cooking in colder weather. A thicker lid also means that the outer stainless-steel layer is protected from heat discoloration.
Blaze Offers an Infrared Burner Accessory & a Smoker Box Accessory for Extra Flavor
While I wish they were included with the initial purchase of this grill, these accessories are remarkable if you’re looking to step up your game.
First starting with the infrared burner, you can simply swap out one of the conventional burners and add this baby in for restaurant-quality, hot and fast cooking. The nice thing with the infrared burner accessory is that you can get a taste of different burner styles without having to be permanently committed to either. Just remove it and swap with the original burner when you need to.
As for the smoker box, I mean, it’s a smoker box. It has a neat “Blaze” cutout on the lid, and it can add a nice smokier flavor to your meats. I have to admit, the Blaze grill already provided phenomenal results, so the smoker box wasn’t a must for me. But if you’re looking to experiment, it’s a great option to have at hand – plus, it’s built with stainless steel as well.
The Blaze Premium LTE Has Cooking Grids Made of Stainless Steel Rods That Provide Great Grill Marks
As simple as it sounds, one of my favorite benefits of the Blaze 4-Burner Gas Grill is its heavy-duty cooking grids. These babies are thick! Because the grids maintain heat well and provide nice grill marks, your meats will look as good as they taste.
The cooking grids’ rods are also close enough together to where I could grill asparagus as well as any other thinner, smaller items straight on ‘que without fear that they’ll fall through the cracks.
Adding to that, the matte finish of Blaze’s cooking grids offer a non-stick surface and have better oil-absorption than their non-matte counterparts.

Using the Blaze LTE Gas Grill
Using an automatic-lighting gas grill is simple, but if you’ve never done so, no worries. In fact, Blaze 32-Inch Grill owners have found that ignition with this grill is smooth and has little if any difficulties during the lighting process.
When it comes to the Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill, simply open the hood, and press the burner knob in while twisting it to “High” until it sparks and lights.
You can also manually light your Blaze gas grill by opening the hood, holding an open flame over the top of the lighting tube while pushing in and turning the control knob to “High.”
Don’t forget to close the valve on the gas supply when finished cooking.
Cleaning this Blaze BBQ is common sense. As a friendly reminder, be sure to clean the drip tray after every few uses – otherwise, a grease fire could occur. For an exterior cleaning of this grill, simply wipe down with non-abrasive cloths and sprays.
Interior-wise, clean the heat separators, flame tamers, and grilling and warming racks with a BBQ brush while the grill has been warming on “high” for 10 to 15. The cast stainless-steel burners, however, should be cleaned with a wire brush after the flame tamers and cooking grids are removed and without the gas nor heat turned on, on the grill.

Heat Zone Separators
The stainless-steel heat zone separators in this Blaze model are one of the favorite features for grillers. These separators allow you to grill a variety of foods from veggies to meats using different heats simultaneously without risk of burning or undercooking anything in the process.
Best of all, if different temperature zones aren’t needed, the heat zone separators are quick and easy to remove from your Blaze gas grill.
Flame Stabilizing Grid
This feature is pretty handy in the Blaze 32-Inch Grill and it’s difficult to find a gas grill that has implemented it as well. The flame stabilizing grid does a great job at reducing flare-ups as well as keeping grease from pooling due to its perforated design.
The flame tamers themselves, like much of the Blaze Gas Grill, are constructed with quality stainless steel for long-term use.
Flame Thrower Ignition System Plus Flash Tube Ignition
When you and your guests are starving, the last thing you want to do is spend more than a few minutes trying to light your grill.
The Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill offers a fast, automatic startup each time. Just push and turn the knob to get your grill running. If for some reason the ignitor is having issues or you’d rather manually light your grill, you can still do so with Blaze’s flash tube ignition and crossovers.
Infrared Rear Rotisserie Burner
Bonus features never hurt. Having the option to cook rotisserie-style on the Blaze 32-Inch Grill is a great feature to have as it means greater versatility in how you can cook. Imagine cooking a turkey for Thanksgiving on the rear burner!
If the infrared rear rotisserie burner fascinates you, you’ll have to purchase the rotisserie kit separately. As for me, I am completely okay with investing a little more for quality rotisserie cooking.
Embedded Warming Rack
The warming rack on the Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill is located towards the top of the grill inside the hood. The internal rack is a must for heating buns, keeping cooked meats hot, and warming sides.
Trust me, you’ll never take the Blaze warming rack for granted, especially in the wintertime. Plus, when you don’t need it, the warming rack can easily be removed.

Who Is the Blaze Premium LTE Built-in Gas Grill Made For?
Considering the price for many higher-end grills on the market compared to the value they actually offer, I’m confident in saying that the Blaze 32-Inch Grill is trusted in providing quality based on its value. With that said, anyone who wants a reliable grill with top-notch grilling without breaking the bank will love Blaze BBQ grills. It makes for a great investment while offering features for both griller newbies and experts.
It’s also clear that this Blaze model isn’t very fancy. Based on this, grillers who are simple and don’t require an over-the-top design or excess features will love the Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill. After all, most BBQ owners are not high maintenance based on appearance or bonus wow-factors of a grill; it’s all in the quality of a good-cooked meal – which Blaze gas grills do offer.
Why You Should Think Twice
There’s a lot to enjoy on the Blaze 32-Inch Grill; however, there are a few cons to point out. One issue we noticed with this grill is that the top burner and knobs can get hot to the touch when in use. It has also been noted by some Blaze 32 owners. They mentioned that they have to sometimes wear an oven mitt just to adjust the knobs, although my experience wasn’t nearly that extreme.
This can be a problem not just for those who need to frequently adjust the temperature when grilling but specifically for parents who fear their young children will get ahold of the hot-to-the-touch knobs when they aren’t looking.
For the price, one would also expect advanced technology, but this model doesn’t have much to show for it. When you compare the hi-tech features of this grill with other models on the market, this Blaze model looks slightly outdated.
Fortunately, the overall excellent quality of this model helps make up for that. However, if you’re looking for the latest in innovation, you may be more interested in the Blaze Professional 34-Inch which features LED control panel lighting and internal lights for grilling at night.
Blaze Premium LTE Price & Warranties
You can find the Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill for around $1,349.99. With the purchase of Blaze’s gas grill, you’ll also receive a lifetime warranty against manufacturing or workmanship defects pertaining to the grill’s stainless steel construction and other stainless steel components, cooking grids, control valves, flame tamers, burners, and heat zone separators.
As for the electrical and ignition parts of the Blaze 32-Inch grill, these are covered up to one year from the purchase date. To have your warranty honored, Blaze built in gas grills must be registered within 30 days after purchase.
Overall, the Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill is moderately priced and has one of the best grill warranties on the market. Many BBQ brands tend to offer basic quality for the same or even higher cost than the Blaze 32-Inch Built-In Gas Grill.
